Automatic Linear Screw Capping Machine – SVLCS 60/100/150/200 is suitable for capping the round of irregular shapes or bottles (Glass, Plastic, PET, LDPE, HDPE) with the maximum speed of 150 bottles per minute. The speed also depends on bottle diameter, bottle design, bottle shape and cap size. This automatic linear capping machine has special linear design with no change parts system for change in size of the bottle.This linear capper machine is built with stainless steel finishing.This linear capping machine is equipped with an orientation type cap feeder or a vibration type bowl feeder for continuous feeding of measuring caps.Suitable for use in industries with high production requirements.

Process

Bottles are continuously fed from upstream machine to the flat conveyor belt of Screw cap sealing machine and move further through in feed worm for correct spacing between two bottles and transferred to the in feed star wheel.
Screw caps kept in Vibratory unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery cap Shute.
And Bottle /Jars is entering below jaw type sealing head (with torque adjustment) and bottle will be sealing perfectly.
After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle /jars move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
