Process

Previously filled bottles are continuously fed from the filling machine to the slat conveyor of the capping machine and then moved by the feeding screw to ensure the proper gap between the two bottles and transferred to the in feed star wheel.
Crown caps kept in orientation unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery chute, bottle pick the cap from delivery chute and bottle is entering below the sealing head.
When the container comesunder the head and the sealing head willcompletely sealed. The swivel head is designed to seal the container according to a preset torque.
After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle /jars move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
