Process

Previously filled bottles are continuously fed from the filling machine to the slat conveyor of the capping machine and then moved by the feeding screw to ensure the proper gap between the two bottles and transferred to the in feed star wheel.
ROPP caps kept in Vibratory unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery cap chute,bottle pick the cap from delivery chute.
Bottle is entering below the sealing head, consist of total four rollers.The two rollers properly hem and twist the cap to seal, while at the same time the two rollers perform full threading depending on the diameter of the bottleneck.
After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
